Dancing Queen

Ella's first dance recital!

(I have a feeling it won't be the last!)

She was AMAZING.

Ella and I truly had so much fun the days before the recital.
There was a lot of prep...picture day, 2 dress rehearsals, costume preparation...all of it was so exciting!

We had great girl time getting her hair just perfect

and putting on Mommy's makeup!

Her first number was her tap dance. They danced to "The Goodship Lollipop" 

Ella stole the show, for sure! She smiled the entire time, had a blast, knew her steps

and stared right at us (in the front row, of course) the entire time. 

We were so proud. 

The second number was her ballet dance. They danced and SANG to 

L-O-V-E..."L" is for the way you look at me "O" is for the only one I see, "V" is very, very extraordinary, "E" is even more than anyone I adore....

SHE NAILED IT!

She sang so loud, the entire auditorium could hear her! It was so great! 

 This is her "serious" ballet...

She was goofing around in the back hallway in front of the camera...

Then, of course...

her adoring fans...

Daddy and I are so proud of you Ella. You worked hard and did a great job on stage!

We can't wait to see a million more performances starring YOU, are beautiful dancer.
